DIY Dads Team

DIY Dads is a program run by Hobart City Mission providing self-contained units for single dads who desire to have custody of their children, and who find themselves homeless, or at risk of homelessness. As well as accommodation, the program provides life and parent skills training, advocacy and self-guidance to help develop confident and capable single fathers, with the aim of transitioning into independent living in the community.

OUR TEAM: We have team of people who regularly visit the Dads and kids who live there, to cook them a BBQ, have a chat, work side by side and just be there for them.
