What is it?

On a Sunday, our service coordinators make sure that everyone who is involved in the service knows what is happening and when. They are generally detailed people who can troubleshoot and help everything run smoothly.

  • It helps to be a detail oriented person who also likes interacting with people and problem solving.

  • We usually roster people on for once every month, but we are super flexible to work with you to find a frequency that suits.

    This role is currently only needed in our Sunday services in South Hobart. But if you’re in the Huon Valley and this sounds like you, we’d love to have you in the Host Team!

  • Service Coordinators arrive approximately 1hr before the service starts, to ensure all the rostered volunteers are present and things are running smoothly, as well as facilitating the pre-service meeting with key volunteers, to ensure everyone is on the same page about the service and what’s planned.
